A 100% chance of rain, high winds and a rapidly deteriorating course did not deter five Diablos
from making the rainy drive south, to race the Wisconsin State Cyclocross Championships. 
In fact, cyclocrossers like it. 
Mud, crazy slick off cambers, a steep flyover (it felt like hitting a wall), a punchy climb (pedal or run?), about five dismounts (per lap), and plenty of enthusiastic heckling met the needs of this unique breed of racer.
