Few cycling disciplines put a rider in the "Pain Cave" like the Individual Time Trial.
The Lester Family Dynasty delivered a "bunker buster" with
three gold medals!

cliff runner 10k 

While his teamates were riding bikes, this wierdo entered a
​10k Trail Running Race. 
Location: Sherwood WI.
This extreme 10k trail run was on mostly single track trails
through the most challenging sections of High Cliff State Park.
There was rocks, roots, boulders, and hills.
Total elevation gain was nearly 500 feet.
