Diablo Cycling's road race elite traveled across the state to compete in the very popular La Crosse Omnium. This premier midwest spring classic called upon a diverse "three-event" mastery of bike racing skills. One, two, or all three events were entered as points scored in each accumulated toward the Omnium Championship. Strong competition, generous $7,500 in total cash payouts and spectacular scenery made this a "must do" event. Proceeds benefitted the area's ORA trails.​
